Who We Serve
I3.NGENUITY delivers trauma-informed, AI-powered case management services to three of the most vulnerable populations in the United States. Our services are tailored to the unique needs, funding streams, and regulatory requirements of each population — with a single integrated CMaaS model connecting all three.
Core Capabilities
Our core capabilities are designed to address the complex and evolving needs of displaced, and/or immigrating children, youth and families. We offer comprehensive solutions that span immigration and refugee resettlement, trauma informed family reunification, clinical and mental health services, and advanced digital modernization solutions. Our team combines deep expertise with a commitment to continuous innovation, ensuring that each service is delivered with the highest standards of care and efficiency. We empower individuals and organizations to achieve meaningful and sustainable humanitarian outcomes.
Homeless Veterans
As a Veteran Owned Small Business, serving homeless veterans is our founding mission. We deliver Housing First case management with direct VA coordination, veteran-specific benefits navigation across HUD-VASH, SSVF, and GPD programs, military cultural competency, and peer support integration — helping veterans move from crisis to permanent housing and lasting stability.
Human Trafficking Survivors
Our trafficking survivor services are built on safety, survivor autonomy, and long-term restoration. We provide trauma-informed identification and safety planning, HHS Certification and T/U Visa support, legal coordination, benefits navigation, and pathways to economic self-sufficiency — with survivor voices informing every step of our service design.
