Project Implementation Approach (Our Process)

Our CMaaS implementation approach incorporates project management best practices and leverages experienced program managers to ensure on-time delivery within agreed timeframes and scope. Our process consists of five core, interrelated phases: 1) Intake and Needs Assessment, 2) Platform Configuration and Design, 3) Implementation and Iterative Delivery, 4) Evaluation and Reporting, and 5) Continuous Quality Improvement. 1. Intake and Needs Assessment

We begin by thoroughly understanding each agency’s needs, populations served, funding streams, and compliance requirements. In collaboration with agency stakeholders, our team assesses current case management infrastructure, identifies gaps, and defines the scope of the CMaaS engagement. We also conduct an AI readiness assessment — identifying where intelligent automation can reduce administrative burden and improve outcomes. 2. Planning and Design

The information gathered during the needs assessment informs all planning and design activities.
