1. Intake and Needs Assessment

We begin by thoroughly understanding customer and key stakeholder needs, requirements and overall expectations.  In collaboration with stakeholders, our team will identify and consider various project dimensions such as desired scope, available funding and implementation schedule to ensure project expectations and desired outcomes are both achievable and appropriate. Information collected during this first phase assessment will be used to inform overall project goals, objectives as well as key delivery activities.

Identifying opportunities to boost efficiencies through technology and process automation is a key aspect of our assessment process in this early phase. The overall goal here being to improve how key processes are being performed by automating services with technology solutions that reduce cost while improving delivery.

2. Planning and Design

 The information and insights gathered from the needs assessment will be used to inform project planning and design activities.  In this phase, through a systematic planning process, goals are validated, articulated and benchmarked to ensure clarity of direction and focus of efforts aligned with customer needs, resources and capacity.  Our planning process is driven by a collaborative dialog and interaction that builds trust and promotes early and continuous engagement.  Whether optimizing workflows, addressing cultural barriers or enhancing service delivery mechanisms, we prioritize strategies that are both actionable and scalable.

3. Implementation and Iterative Delivery

With project goals, objectives and solution roadmaps well defined, our team moves from planning and design into action with confidence and precision.  We iteratively deploy recommended solutions in accordance with an implementation strategy that ensures all design components are delivered according to the agreed upon strategy. 

With rationalized processes in hand as a result of early assessments performed in the previous phases, automation solutions can proceed.  The goal being to automate processes where efficiency gains will be the greatest.  The implementation of process automation extends to the development of IT systems supporting automation through the use of low-code/no-code platforms.
