Core Capabilities
Core Capabilities
Our core capabilities are designed to address the complex and evolving needs of displaced, and/or immigrating children, youth and families. We offer comprehensive solutions that span immigration and refugee resettlement, trauma informed family reunification, clinical and mental health services, and advanced digital modernization solutions. Our team combines deep expertise with a commitment to continuous innovation, ensuring that each service is delivered with the highest standards of care and efficiency. We empower individuals and organizations to achieve meaningful and sustainable humanitarian outcomes.
Immigration and Refugee Resettlement
Our expertise in Refugee Resettlement and U.S. Asylum operations ensures that immigrating children, youth and families receive the support they need as they transition into welcoming communities across the United States. We provide a full spectrum of resettlement services across the full lifecycle of the U.S Refugee Admissions Program (USRAP) – including understanding the roles and responsibilities of U.S. government agencies as well as nationwide non-profit resettlement agencies involved in the processes. Our trauma-informed and family centered case management approach helps to address the unique challenges of each client as they transition from the initial “reception & placement” to longer family stabilization and community integration.

Unaccompanied Children (UC) Reunification
Our team specializes in the assessment and delivery of comprehensive case management services associated with the safe and timely unification/reunification of Unaccompanied Children with properly vetted sponsors – including family members (as defined by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Refugee Resettlement). Our sponsor reunification services include conducting background checks and related vetting activities, performing home studies, legal reviews and other mandatory pre-release child welfare assessments that ensure the overall safety and well-being of children. We prioritize trauma-informed approaches that are specific to children’s needs, acknowledging the unique psychological and emotional challenges that unaccompanied minors face. With the ultimate goal of ensuring successful and secure placements, many of our case managers and social workers are licensed professionals with many years of direct service experience.
